Sector flag prevalence drawn from the Bluecrest corporate dataset (n=62,535 employees, 2022-2025 cohort, ~1,469 corporate clients across 13 sectors). Demographic adjustments use Bluecrest male/female and age-banded sub-cohorts. Reference evidence: CIPD Health & Wellbeing at Work 2024, Sainsbury Centre Mental Health Foundation, Vitality Britain's Healthiest Workplace, Deloitte Mental Health and Employers (2022), Dame Carol Black Review (2008), ONS Sickness Absence (latest), WTW 2025 Global Medical Trends Survey, and Mercer Marsh Health on Demand UK 2025. Projections are statistical estimates and should be validated against client-specific HR data. We deliberately do not produce ROI projections in this tool - financial impact varies too much by client to model honestly without bespoke conversation.
